4-1-11: FIREARMS 1 :
   A.   Discharge: No person shall fire or discharge any cannon, gun, fowling piece, pistol or firearm of any description; or fire, explode or set off any squib, cracker or other thing containing powder or other combustible or explosive material, without written permission from the town council, which permission shall limit the time of such firing, and shall be subject to revocation by the town council at any time after being granted. (1987 Code § 10-9)
   B.   Possession: Persons other than an authorized officer of federal, state or town government are authorized to carry a concealed firearm as long as they are in possession of a concealed firearm permit as per Wyoming Statutes section 6-8-104. (2005 Code)
