3-1-1: CERTAIN CONDITIONS DECLARED NUISANCE:

The following conditions upon lands within the Town limits of the Town of Guernsey are hereby declared to be public nuisances: "wastes", "garbage and trash", "junk", "weeds", "grasses", "obstructions", and "abandoned vehicles" as described in section 3-1-2 of this chapter.
