All licensees and all managers and supervisory personnel employed at any licensed building and/or premises shall participate in and complete a Wyoming Liquor Division approved alcohol server training program as established in Wyoming Statutes sections 12-2-401 and 12-2-402 as amended. Such training shall be provided within three (3) months of obtaining any new or transfer liquor license, or any renewal annual liquor license; or within three (3) months of accepting employment as a manager or supervisor. Unless otherwise trained through the certified state training program above, non-supervisory employees shall receive alcohol server training from those persons so trained at the time of employment and at least annually during the term of employment.
