A certain document, one copy of which is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Town of Guernsey, being marked and designated as the 2018 edition of the International Building Code, including appendix: (B) board of appeals, (E) supplementary accessibility requirements, (H) signs, (I) patio covers, and (J) grading, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the Building Code for the Town of Guernsey in the State of Wyoming; for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Building Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in section 7-6-2 of this chapter.
