A certain document, one copy of which is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Town of Guernsey, being marked and designated as the 2017 edition of the National Electrical Code, be and is hereby adopted as the Electrical Code for the Town of Guernsey in the State of Wyoming; for the control of new electrical installation in buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Electrical Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter.
