A certain document, one copy of which is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Town of Guernsey, being marked and designated as the 2018 edition of the International Mechanical Code, including appendix A as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Mechanical Code for the Town of Guernsey in the State of Wyoming; for the control of new buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Mechanical Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in section 7-4-2 of this chapter.
