The following sections are hereby revised:
Section R101.1. This ordinance shall be known as the residential code for one- and two-family dwellings of Guernsey, Wyoming and shall be cited as such and will be referred to as "this code."
Table R301.2(1) Insert:
a) Ground snow load; 30 lbs. per square foot.
b) Wind speed; 100 miles per hour.
c) Frost line depth; 42 inches.
d) Air freezing index; > 1000-2000.
e) Mean annual temperature; 45 degrees Fahrenheit.
Section P2603.6.1 Insert:
Building sewers shall be a minimum of 48 inches below grade.
Section P3103.1 Insert:
All open vents which extend through the roof shall be terminated at least eighteen (18) inches above the roof or four (4) inches above the anticipated snow accumulation.
