1-5-5: REMOVAL OF A VICE-CHAIRPERSON:
   A.   The Board may remove the Vice-Chairperson by motion made and seconded either written or oral that is presented at a regular meeting. The matter shall be set for discussion and vote at the next regular meeting and a majority of the existing Board shall be required for removal.
   B.   Removal of a Vice-Chairperson shall be effective immediately upon a successful vote taken for the purpose. In the event of removal or resignation: (a) Vice-Chairperson compensation shall be prorated to the date of removal or resignation; and (b) a new Vice-Chairperson shall be elected at the next regularly convened County Board meeting. The member who was removed as Vice-Chairperson shall maintain his/her regular County Board seat.
