1-5-3: OFFICERS:
The County Board shall, at its organizational meeting, choose one of its members as Chairperson for a term of two (2) years, and at the same meeting choose one of its members as Vice-Chairperson for a term of two (2) years. In case of the absence of the Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson at any meeting, the members present shall choose one of the other members to preside over a meeting of the County Board.
