Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations. Each day upon which such violation occurs constitutes a separate violation. (Ord. 99-060, 10-12-1999)
