2-1-6: COMPLIANCE WITH PROVISIONS; CHANGE OF INFORMATION:
Permittees shall maintain compliance with all requirements of this chapter. Permittees shall notify the department within ten (10) days of any change of information provided in accordance with subsections 2-1-2B and 2-1-3B of this chapter. (Ord. 99-060, 10-12-1999)
