2-1-5: RENEWAL OF BODY ART ESTABLISHMENT PERMITS:
Body art establishment permits will expire annually on March 1. Fees for renewing permits issued by the County Health Department shall be due thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration date of the existing permit. (Ord. 2016-008, 10-11-2016)
