Any sign within the county that is located outside the corporate limits of any city, village, or incorporated town shall be subject to these regulations. All construction, relocation, enlargement, alteration, and modification of signs within the county shall conform to the requirements of this chapter, all state and federal regulations concerning signs and advertising, the international building code, and the national electric code.
