Exempt from the provisions of this title, as provided by State Statute, are farm residences and other buildings and structures used for agricultural purposes on farms. To be considered exempt, such residence, building or structure shall be located on a farm that is such in fact and not in name only; and the use shall be limited to those uses defined as agricultural in 55 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/5-12001.
