Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with, or refuses to remedy a violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day upon which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2015-001, 1-13-2015)
