A. Amount Of Fine: Whoever violates any of the terms of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) and not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
B. Payment Of Fine; Disposition Of Funds: The sheriff shall be authorized to accept payment of any fines at his office. All fine money collected hereunder shall be transmitted to the county treasurer and shall thereafter be deposited into the general fund. (Ord., 7-10-1984)
