4-4-4: DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
   A.   Definition: A person commits "disorderly conduct" when he knowingly fails to obey a lawful order of dispersal by a person known by him to be a peace officer under circumstances where three (3) or more persons are committing acts of disorderly conduct in the immediate vicinity, which acts are likely to cause substantial harm or serious inconvenience, annoyance or alarm.
   B.   Violation; Penalty: Any person convicted of violating this section shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord., 7-12-1994)
