In addition to those provisions set forth in this chapter, this chapter shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with provisions set forth in the state department of agriculture publication titled "Illinois Animal Control Act With Regulations", and any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto, three (3) copies of which shall be on file in the office of the county clerk and the animal control office.
