2-4-3: TIMES PERMITTED FOR SOLICITATION:
Any and all solicitation by the applicant shall be conducted only during the hours between nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M. Monday through Friday. Solicitation at any other time shall be a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 09-003, 3-10-2009)
