(a) The City of Groveport Purchasing and Financial Policy Code, attached to original Ordinance 12-041 and made a part hereof, is hereby adopted.
(b) The Administrator, upon recommendation of the Finance Director, may make any amendments of the stated code without prior approval from Council provided said amendments do not conflict with the City Charter and/or the Groveport Codified Ordinances.
