126.04 DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS OF PUBLIC MONIES.

Council hereby defines the deposit requirements of public monies by establishing the following policy for the deposit of funds: The appropriate public officials are hereby authorized to deposit funds totaling less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) up to three business days after receipt.
