(a) Convenience fees for credit/debt card transactions processed through manual terminals located at the Utility and Building and Zoning Departments shall be three and seventy-five hundredths percent (3.75%) with a minimum fee of three dollars and ninety-five cents ($3.95).
(b) Convenience fees for credit/debt card transactions paid via on-line web payments for the Utility Department shall be a fee of two and eight tenths percent (2.8%) per transaction with a fixed fee of six dollars and ninety-nine cents ($6.99) for payments between two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and three hundred twenty-five dollars ($325.00) per transaction. Convenience fees for credit/debit card transactions paid via on-line web payments for the Utility Department exceeding three hundred twenty-five dollars and one cent ($325.01) shall be assessed a variable rate of three and seventy-five hundredths percent (3.75%)

(c) Convenience fees for credit/debit card transactions processed through manual terminals or on-line payments located at the Recreation and Community Affairs Departments shall be a fixed fee percentage of three percent (3.0%).
