(a) Convenience fees for credit/debit card transactions shall be three percent (3.00%) for each card payment (up to a twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) maximum payment, no minimum charge).
(b) Convenience fees for ACH/e-check payments shall be one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per transaction (up to a twenty-five thousand dollar ($25,000) maximum payment).

(c) Convenience fees for credit/debit card transactions processed through manual terminals or on-line payments located at the Recreation and Community Affairs Departments shall be a fixed fee percentage of three percent (3.0%).
