A subdivision located within the identified airport noise zones as outlined in the Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Regulations may require an avigation easement by the applicable airport authority. A notation on the preliminary and Final Plat shall be required notifying the potential purchasers of those lots that such an easement has been granted to the airport authority. (Ord. 19-011.
