Accessory uses and structures shall be permitted as a subordinate use or structure which is incidental to and in association with a principal use or structure and which is customarily required or provided for the principal use or structure provided that the area of the accessory use or structure shall be thirty-five percent (35%) or less of the gross floor area of the principal use or structure. Both detached and attached garages shall be considered as accessory uses and structures and shall be subject to the size limitation. Accessory structures shall not be utilized for living quarters.
