1155.01 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS MATRIX.
   In addition to the provisions of Chapter 1154 (General Development Standards), the lot area, lot widths, height, front, side, and rear yards; lot coverage, and the floor area requirements for the location and erection of buildings and structures on any lot or tract of land are established and shown in the accompanying table.
