(a) All driveway approach construction, sidewalk, curb ramps and curb cut construction shall be made in accordance with the plans and specifications for driveways, sidewalks, curb ramps and curb cuts, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Building and Zoning Department and which is made a part hereof as if fully written herein. Such plans and specifications shall apply only where the street and curb grades are already determined and actually constructed, or to be constructed, at the time the curb or driveway approach is put in, and within the public right of way.
(b) The Building Inspector shall attach a copy of the plans and specifications to each building permit issued by him. (Ord. 2003-060. Passed 7-28-03.)
