(a) Title. City of Groveport Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control Regulation
(b) Statutory Authorization. This chapter of the City of Groveport is adopted pursuant to City of Groveport Ordinance 2002-005, as passed by Council, effective on March 25, 2002.
(c) Purpose. This chapter is adopted for the purpose of controlling the pollution of public waters by sediment from accelerated soil erosion and stormwater runoff caused by earth- and land-disturbing activities and land use changes associated with construction activities. Control of such pollution will promote and maintain the health, safety and general well-being of all life and inhabitants within the City of Groveport.
