1371.04 EXCEPTIONS; REGISTRATION.
   (a)   Any person, firm or corporation upon whose premises one or more house trailers is located on May 5, 1958, shall be permitted to continue the use of such house trailer or house trailers, as a nonconforming use.
   (b)   Any person, firm or corporation upon whose premises a nonconforming use is in existence as of the time of the passage of this section are hereby required to register such nonconforming use, setting out the following information:
      (1)   The number of trailers on the premises;
      (2)   The number of spaces rented for trailer occupancy and the number of trailers rented out as units for human habitation;
      (3)   List of other facilities and appurtenances on the premises used in connection with the nonconforming use.
   (c)   Any person, firm or corporation upon whose premises such nonconforming use is in existence shall immediately notify the Building Inspector when a vacancy occurs because a trailer is removed or a tenant has moved.
   (d)   The Building Inspector shall provide sufficient registration forms and other forms necessary and incidental in the carrying out of the requirements of this section.
   (e)   A nonconforming use, whether consisting of one or more house trailers, is hereby prohibited from being enlarged or expanded by adding additional house trailers, facilities, appurtenances, or adding or replacing any existing house trailers or facilities with larger house trailers, facilities and appurtenances which would, under any circumstances, tend to increase the size of the nonconforming use so used on May 5, 1958.
