(a) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which an offense occurs or continues.
(b) Any licensee, in addition to being subject to the provisions of subsection (a) hereof, may have his/her license revoked by the Administrator for any violation of the provisions herein or of the rules and regulations established by the Administrator.
