All fares, charges or fees for the use of taxicabs shall be approved by the Taxicab License Board. In acting upon proposed fares, charges or fees, such Board shall approve proposals submitted to it only if it finds such proposals to be reasonable. The Taxicab License Board shall make regulations defining the manner in which approved rates shall be posted in taxicabs. (Ord. 665. Passed 2-26-68.)
