(a) Home sales may be advertised through the newspaper or other news media. A sign, not greater in size than three feet by three feet may be installed on the property where the sale is being conducted; three additional off premise signs are permitted to advertise, promote or give direction to such sale. Permission of the property owner(s) is required before such off premise signs are positioned.
(b) No sign shall be placed on or in the public right of way on utility poles, street light poles or traffic sign posts. No lighted sign shall be used.
(c) Home sale signs may be displayed up to 24 hours prior to the sale and shall be promptly removed at the conclusion of the sale.
