“Home sale” means a sale of various items of personal property, including but not limited to food and beverages, to the general public conducted on any portion on a resident’s property within a residential zoning district, to include but not limited to, garage sales, patio sales, yard sales, carport sales, basement sales, porch sales, driveway sales and the like.
