(a) All temporary signs, such as political signs, signs advertising temporary events such as festivals and sales and things of that nature, shall be removed thirty days after they are placed with the exception of real estate signs. Real estate signs shall be removed within thirty days after the property is sold, leased or rented.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
