(a) No person shall take into or upon any public or parochial school grounds, any beer, intoxicating liquor or other alcoholic beverages, either for sale or for his own use, or for the use of others; nor shall any person sell, give away, possess, or dispose of any beer, intoxicating liquor, or other alcoholic beverages in or upon any public or parochial school grounds.
(b) Nothing contained herein shall be construed so as to prevent the possession and use of beer, intoxicating liquor, or other alcoholic beverages upon public and parochial school grounds with permission of the appropriate administrative head of the public or parochial school.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(d) Strict liability is intended to be imposed for a violation of this section.
