501.14 REIMBURSEMENT FOR COST OF JAIL CONFINEMENT.
   (a)   A person who is convicted under the Ordinances of the City or the Statutes of the State and whose costs of confinement in jail is charged against the City shall reimburse the City for its expenses incurred by reason of his/her confinement.
   (b)   The ability of the person confined to reimburse the City and the amount of reimbursement shall be determined at a hearing held in accordance with Ohio R.C. 2929.15.
