(a) Permit parking is hereby established for the Groveport Senior Center designated parking spaces at the Groveport Recreation Center. Senior Center permit parking shall be restricted from Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Chief of Police or his/her designee shall issue said permits only to participating members of the Groveport Senior Center as so defined in the permit application.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
