351.23 PARKING OF TRAILERS AND RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT.
   (a)   The parking of semi-trailers shall not be permitted on any street within the municipality except for the purposes of loading and unloading. The parking of recreational equipment, including but not limited to travel trailers, motor homes, pickup campers, folding tent trailers, boats or boat trailers, and other similar recreational equipment, travel trailers, or other trailers as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01 shall not be permitted on any street within the Municipality, for a period longer than forty-eight consecutive hours.
   (b)   This section shall not apply to such vehicles used for conveying necessary tools and materials to premises where work using such tools or materials is being performed, provided the vehicle is otherwise legally parked and workers are actually present on site.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
