§ 1715.10 SEVERABILITY AND SAVINGS CLAUSE; MORATORIUM.
   Chapter 153: Anti-Blight Regulations, of the Minnesota Basic Code, is amended to include the following language:
   Every term, provision, subdivision and section of this Chapter is declared separable from every other term, provision, subdivision or section thereof, to the extent that should any term, provision, subdivision or section be declared invalid or unconstitutional by a Court of competent jurisdiction, the validity or any remaining terms, provisions, subdivisions or sections shall not be affected and this Chapter shall be construed and enforced as if the Chapter did not contain the particular term, provision, subdivision or section held to be invalid.
   Further, should the application and/or enforcement of this Chapter or any provision thereof be held invalid or unconstitutional by a Court of competent jurisdiction, there is imposed effective the date of such holding by such Court, a 12-month moratorium against the establishment of any sexually oriented business within the City of Grove City. The purpose of said moratorium shall be to provide the city with a reasonable period of time to review and revise this Chapter and any other applicable zoning ordinance(s).
