§ 1711.20 TOBACCO REGULATIONS.
   Chapter 115: Tobacco Regulations, of the Minnesota Basic Code, is deleted in its entirety and not adopted as part of this Code of Ordinances. Licensing of businesses selling tobacco products and regulation of tobacco sales shall be as regulated by the County of Meeker and State of Minnesota.
