§ 1711.13 CABLE COMMUNICATIONS SUPPLIER FRANCHISE ORDINANCE.
   (A)   The City of Grove City grants a franchise to Triax Midwest Associates, L.P., to construct and maintain a cable television system within the city.
   (B)   A complete copy of the Franchise Agreement and subsequent amendments are available upon request from the City Clerk’s office.
