(A) The City of Grove City grants a franchise to Grove City Electric, a department of the City of Grove City, for the transmitting, furnishing, delivering, or receiving of electric energy within the city, and for the placing or maintaining of permanent and semi-permanent fixtures in, over, upon or under any street or public place for the purpose of transmitting, furnishing, delivering or receiving electric energy.
(B) A complete copy of the Franchise Agreement and subsequent amendments are available upon request from the City Clerk’s office.
