Permits shall be issued, inspections conducted, and fees collected, as such are authorized by Minnesota Statutes Sections 16B.59 through 16B.75, or established by resolution of the City Council of the City of Grove City. In addition to any permit fee assessed by the City of Grove City in connection with the construction of or addition or alteration to buildings, equipment and appurtenances, the applicant for such permit shall pay a surcharge to be remitted to the Minnesota Department of Administration as required by Minnesota Statutes Section 16B.70
