The Minnesota State Building Code as administered and amended by the Commissioner of Administration pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 16B.59 through 16B.75, including any and all amendments thereto, and the rules and regulations adopted and promulgated from time to time by the Commissioner of Administration through the Building Codes and Standards Division, with the exception of any optional chapters, is hereby adopted and incorporated into this ordinance by reference, as if fully set forth herein, as the building code (hereinafter “Code”) of the City of Grove City.
