§ 1705.51 RETURNED CHECKS.
   Users will be charged a $30 fee for a returned check. The user must pay the amount returned plus the fee by cash, debit/credit card, or money order. After two returned checks, the user must make all current and future payments by cash, debit/credit card, or money order.
