§ 1705.50 PAYMENT PLANS.
   Users unable to pay their utility bill by the due date are encouraged to contact the City Clerk to arrange a mutually agreed-upon payment plan. The City Clerk has the right to reject a proposed payment plan if it will not achieve the goal of bringing a user's account current If a user fails to comply with any term or condition of the payment plan, the user shall be subject to disconnection of service.
