§ 1705.48 USER CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES.
   Users of electricity shall be classified as follows:
   (A)   Residential:   Access fee of $18 plus $0.112 per kilowatt ("kw").
   (B)   Commercial:   Access fee of $35 plus $0.112 per kw.
   (C)   Manufacturing:   Access fee of $50 plus $0.112 per kw.
