§ 1705.31 PAYMENT OF CHARGES; LATE PAYMENTS; COLLECTION.
   Section 52.54 (B) of the Minnesota Basic Code regarding a penalty for the late payment of water use charges is amended to read in its entirety:
   (B)   If a monthly service charge is not paid when due, then a penalty of 10% shall be added thereto.
