Section 52.30 entitled “Service Pipes” and Section 52.31 entitled “Excavation and Construction Requirements” are amended to include the following language:
Material and construction specifications contained in this section are subject to change and at a minimum shall conform to requirements established by the Minnesota Plumbing Code and the Utilities Superintendent.
