(A) Temporary installation, requiring special service, meter or other work shall be made at the expense of the customer, with charges according to the materials and work required for installing and removing. Service installed for temporary use, such as construction purposes or exhibits of short duration and the like, will be installed and removed at the expense of the customer. In all cases of temporary service, the customer shall pay in advance the estimated amount of construction and dismantling costs, but in no case less than $10. In any event, however, the borough reserves the right to forgive any or all construction costs where the particular service is of sufficient civic interest to justify. Current used by temporary service shall be billed to and paid for by the customer on a basis of minimum charge and energy rate applicable.
(B) If, however, a temporary location thus installed is such as to permit the permanent connection to a residence under construction, then this rule shall not apply thereto and such connection shall be made by the borough.
(C) All temporary wiring facilities installed by the customer shall be inspected and approved by a borough representative prior to connection of such facilities to the electrical system of the borough.
