§ 51.05 CHOICE OF RATES.
A copy of rates, rules and regulations may be procured from the Borough Secretary’s office. Upon request, the proper borough representative will assist the customer in the selection of the schedule most desirable from the standpoint of such customer. Any advice given by the borough will necessarily be based on customer’s statements as to the class of service desired and the manner in which he or she intends to use the same, and by giving such advice the borough assumes no responsibility whatever. The rate so selected, as embodied in the customer’s application, shall remain in effect for the contract term therein stated unless a study of the customer’s written request to the borough reveals a justified change. Reasonable opportunity and assistance will be given at any time in analyzing customer’s operating conditions relative to the various rates, but the borough does not guarantee that customers will be served under the most favorable rate at all times. No refund will be made representing the difference in the charge under different rates applicable to the same class of service.
